Our Scientific Minds are Humming.....

We have been extremely fortunate over the past few weeks to have community members share their scientific knowledge with us . Please enjoy the video presenting John Cohn,  scientist extraordinaire. John came to Smilie as part of our Smilie READS theme, We Have Reading Down to A SCIENCE: Full S.T.E.A.M AHEAD. Just last Friday, Steve Menz was joined by Ann Finlayson, local parent and veterinarian, who shared her knowledge of liquid nitrogen. The students are studying matter and it was amazing to see the different forms liquid nitrogen could take. Please enjoy the video all about liquid nitrogen.
